About the Lecture

Over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic pharmacies have been and continue to be on the front line of supporting communities across the country in dealing with the health emergency. Join Dr Jenny Scott from the Department of Pharmacy & Pharmacology in conversation with award winning and 2021 New Year’s Honour List recognised community pharmacist Ade Williams in this topical Minerva lecture. They will discuss the role pharmacies can play in finding solutions to complex health and wellbeing challenges and how they can help empower and engage communities to address the health inequalities they face.
